I constructed my first house in 1985. Over the last 24 years many managerial fields and experiences in this wide field have led to a successfull business. Specialising in the construction of new homes in the Hartbeespoort area. More specific in the Birdwood Xanadu Estates.
My system of project management ensures that the most competent and expert personnel are used. I only build in this area. I am residing in this area and feel that a hand on personal approuch is essential. This is the only way to deliver a home of high standards. A hands on, personal involvement approuch is essential.

Homes of between R 2 000 000 and R 5 000 000 are currently constructed. Quality workmanship, value for money and 100% client satisfaction to date is the key success. Thru effective project management my clients are guided thru each fase of the building prosess. Establishing building budgets with my clients I design there homes according to their individual needs upon construction appointment, my clients are provided with accurate and realistic building program and progress schedule allowing clients to see the value of money spent throughout the project.

2M only focus on new residential buildings, mostly designed by ourselves. We are passionate about turning thoughts or concepts into reality and have the expertise and vision to make dreams materialize eloguently. We implement sound building principles, use quality materials and ensure that our project is supervised by necessary engineers and other alike. We maintain well organised and clean building sites. Project lead times are accurately accounted for, therefore avoiding unnecessary delays with the building project. We believe in eliminating the frustation usaually experienced when building a new home and pride ourselves on the fact that we have a 100% client satisfaction.

Clients are provided with a comprehensive building program. This ensures total understanding of time frames, targets and budgeting pertaining to their project. Weekly progress payment reports are provided which keep clients informed of how to budget for the project and allow them to see value in the money they are spending throughout the building process. The level of involvement by the client is determent by the client himself. From a total uninvolved client, to a daily on site client are welcomed.
